Il Jo, an unfortunate illegitimate son, is assaulted by his half-brother Seo Jeong In at their father’s funeral and finds himself with no one to rely on except his cousin, Seo Jeong Han. One night, after drinking heavily, Jeong Han impulsively kisses Il Jo. Not long after, Il Jo is hospitalized with gallstones, and the aloof, sharp-tongued Jeong Han unexpectedly pays the 4-million-won surgery bill. He then demands repayment — not with money, but “with his body,” presenting Il Jo with a contract that essentially places all of Il Jo’s rights under his control. With nowhere else to go, Il Jo moves into Jeong Han’s home and begins serving him. Though Jeong Han has always been cold and indifferent, he slowly finds himself drawn to Il Jo’s innocence, vulnerability, and unwavering loyalty. As their relationship deepens both physically and emotionally, Jeong Han’s feelings shift into an intense, consuming obsession — one he can no longer ignore.
